Return Policy

At Automation Recovery, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. 2. Restocking Fees
Items returned for reasons other than defect or incorrect listing may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Additional fees may apply for items returned in a different condition.
3. Return Limitations
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
• All original packaging, accessories, cables, parts, and documentation must be included.
• Items must match the original serial numbers (if applicable).
• Return shipping for non-defective items is the buyer’s responsibility.
• An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before returning any item.
4. Cancelled Orders
• Orders paid by credit card or PayPal will incur a 4% cancellation fee upon cancellation.
• Customers must respond to lead time email notifications within five (5) business days, unless a current lead time quote was provided before ordering.
• Failure to respond will result in order cancellation and application of the cancellation fee.
5. Refunds
• Refunds are processed within three (3) business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• No refund will be provided if:
◦ The item is not in the same condition as shipped
◦ The item is missing any originally included parts or documentation
◦ The serial number does not match
◦ The item fails to meet return eligibility criteria
6. Manufacturer Direct Orders
Manufacturer direct orders follow the same lead time response policy as above. Failure to respond to a lead time notification within five (5) business days may result in cancellation and the application of the cancellation fee.
7. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Automation Recovery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the incorrectly priced item. If the order has already been confirmed and your card charged, a full credit will be issued. No cancellation fee will apply in this case.
