1. Delivery Time
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays will generally ship on the date which the order was placed. Orders placed after those times, on Weekends, or on United States national holidays will ship the next non-holiday day.
Some orders are shipped direct from the Manufacture and may be delayed in their shipping process.
You will receive an email at the address provided during checkout notifying you of when your order has shipped.
2. Pricing
Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States or to APO/FPO addresses. Quoted prices may not accurately reflect the actual shipping cost, Automation Recovery LLC. uses information provided by your desired shipping carrier to estimate shipping totals to the best of our ability.
In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total or method, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.
3. Shipping Methods
For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous United States. In the event these options are not available Automation Recovery will attempt to contact you to arrange alternate shipping and your order will be held pending your approval of any available options.
4. Privacy
If you make a purchase through the Site, your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as UPS, FEDEX and the United States Postal Service to deliver your purchase. There also may be instances in which we drop-ship orders directly to you from one of our manufacturers or suppliers. These drop-shippers are only given your name, postal address, and telephone number for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. 4. Undeliverable Items
In the event you are unable to receive your items you may be responsible for re-stocking fees and the order will be treated as a return. Automation Recovery will attempt to contact you to arrange additional shipping at your expense.
5. Shipping Location
Most orders are shipped from our Clinton Township warehouse located at 44562 Morley Drive, Clinton Township, MI 48036.
